Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: April 11, 2026
1. Marketplace Nature
XDA Software operates as a digital services marketplace. We facilitate transactions between independent third-party sellers and buyers. As a platform provider, our role is to ensure a fair and secure environment for all users through our integrated escrow and dispute resolution system.
2. Escrow Protection
To protect our users, all payments are held in a secure escrow account. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the digital service or after the designated escrow window (typically 24-48 hours) has expired without a dispute being opened.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Buyers are entitled to request a refund through our dispute system under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: The seller fails to deliver the digital service within the specified timeframe.
- Inaccurate Description: The service received significantly differs from the description provided by the seller.
- Technical Defect: The digital service is non-functional or defective at the time of delivery.
4. Dispute Resolution Process
If an issue arises with an order, the buyer must open a "Dispute" before the escrow window closes. Our Trust & Safety team will manually review the evidence provided by both parties (including chat logs and proof of delivery) to reach a fair resolution. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, a full refund will be issued to their platform balance.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been successfully delivered, verified, and the escrow funds have been released to the seller, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller.
6. Contact Support
For any questions regarding our refund policy or to check the status of a dispute, please contact our support team via a support ticket or through our official Telegram channel.
